Use of technology. It is not obligatory to attend the law firm to enter into a contract for legal services and to provide them. Exchange of information, documents and copies of documents can be done remotely via an encrypted communication channel that guarantees privacy in "Attorney-client" relations. In explicitly pre-defined cases, communication can go via fax, electronic signature, courier or mail.

Remote access. Geographical distance between the client’s location and the law firm is not an obstruction for the use of legal services. The client can monitor 24/7 the development and the actions taken on the assigned legal task, the specific case or the procedure to protect his/her interests and has permanent access to services that have been already provided. The client can track developments of the legal task as well as the reporting with a device with Internet access, regardless of the geographical location.

Transparency in services provisioning. There is an option to track the progress of service and the costs. Specific price for legal fees is determined in advance after consideration of all the circumstances of the case without creating a possibility of a further increase in cost of service by hourly fee. Opportunities for further action are discussed in advance with the client in the course of the legal services provision upon a change in the actual circumstances or additional unforeseen fees.
